Staff at the rehoming centre say that whilst Rocco’s cheekiness will shine through eventually, he is a sensitive boy with a few anxieties about the world around him. Rocco adores spending time with people and becomes unsettled when left alone, this means Rocco requires a multi-person household where there is always someone home to entertain him. The youngest member of Rocco’s new home should be at least 12-years-old. Due to Rocco’s past life as a racer he has potential for a high-chase-drive, this makes him unsuitable to live with cats, birds or other small furry pets. There is a chance Rocco could live with a larger dog, but they would have to bond well over multiple meetings. Rocco is also unable to go on off-lead walks, so would love a decent sized garden where he can run free.
