LETTER: Honouring a fine monarch

I really don't understand why anybody should wish to re-name the seaward end of Terminus Road as it already has a name '“ Victoria Place.

My parents’ family were all locals. They knew it as such and I have always known it by this name. So why change it now? Victoria Place is a fine name after a fine monarch.
