Tone Zoners tot up good times from Steyning to Benidorm

Winter is lasting longer than most would like and that meant another weekend of Bognor’s Tone Zone Runners taking part in really muddy and challenging runs.

On the Saturday 11 club runners ran in the Chichester Harbour Run. In the 15k distance Kari Mack finished in 1hr 11min, two minutes ahead of Gary Smith in 1:13. Ellie Pacey finished the muddy and slippy course in 1:17, with her mum Debbie just 18 minutes behind her.

Alison Stead and James Savage finished in 1:45 and 1:46. Debbie Patching, Lisa Robinson and Ali Goulding all finished in quick succession in 1:55.
