Hide AdTina Le Merle launched Bee-fit in 2004 and her business has been running classes at Worthing Leisure Centre for more than ten years.
She said: “Sadly, during this pandemic. we have been unable to go into schools, nurseries and playgroups to provide fitness sessions and most of my team have had to find other work to survive.
“However, our passion is still there and we have been working really hard to provide activities to keep children active at home by providing a free YouTube channel. We know that children learn in different ways so have a big variety of different learning and all active. We have had great feedback and know that some schools are using it as well.
“Every Monday and Wednesday at 10am we will be live streaming classes via the South Downs Leisure app for pre-school children to enjoy. All the classes are free and can be caught up if you are not available at the time.

Tina was concerned to learn Tim Hollingsworth, chief executive of Sport England, had told MPs that during the lockdown period, activity levels had decreased to the point 44 per cent of children are either doing no activity or less than half an hour each day.
She said: “We are passionate about keeping children active. We had our first live stream this morning and it was fab. We have had loads of great feedback.
“We have decided as well as Monday and Wednesday mornings, we are going to start doing a live stream on our Facebook page, Challenge Mr Bumble.”
The class includes creative play, movement and challenges, with music and lots of imagination to help keep children fit, engaged and happy. Visit www.bee-fit.co.uk for more information.
