Flats proposed on site of former pub in Southwick
The proposed six-storey building would be built on the corner of Albion Street and Station Road, the site of the former Pilot pub.
The pub closed in 2010 and the building is currently occupied by the homelessness charity Emmaus, which runs a second-hand shop at the site.

The proposed Pilot Development would include a commercial café space on the ground floor, according to a website about the scheme.
All of the apartments would have their own balcony, and ten of the homes would be affordable.
Parking for residents would be provided in an underground car park which would be accessed from Butts Road.
