Mark Dunn, Cabinet Member for Children and Young People's Services, announced the plans on Friday, May 25 at a County Council meeting.
He explained: "These would be an entirely new type of school and would be hugely exciting development for parents and children. They would bring a distinctive approach to local educational and community provision, drawing on the skills of sponsors and other supporters."
