West Sussex County Councillor Brad Watson OBE, Panel Chairman, said: “The Annual Meeting is an excellent chance for members of the public to put their questions in person to the Commissioner or to the Panel.
“We ask only to have notice and sight of the questions by noon of the previous day, to ensure the necessary administrative arrangements are in place.
“People who want to ask a question but cannot make it to the meeting can still submit a question and it will be asked by the Panel Chairman, with the answer recorded in the official minutes of the meeting.”
