Shoreham armed robbery: Second man arrested after Tesco staff threatened

Armed police were called to the Tesco Express in Upper Shoreham Road on Friday morning (May 15) to reports of staff being threatened and money taken.
Nobody was hurt in the incident, police said, and a 38-year-old local man was arrested shortly afterwards.

On Saturday afternoon, armed officers arrested a second man at an address in Adur Avenue, police said. The 30-year-old was arrested on suspicion of robbery and questioned by officers.
Both men have been released on bail until June 12.
