Crowhurst buzzing during weekend of village celebrations
The weekend kicks off tonight (Friday) with a gig by the ever-popular 1066 Rockitmen on the Crowhurst Recreation Ground, starting at 8.30pm.
Tickets cost £10 on the door and a bar will be provided at the event.

Hide AdTomorrow (Saturday) will see the annual village fayre and Crowhurst and District Horticultural Society Summer Show taking place, also on the recreation ground, from 2pm.
The fayre will boast a range of entertainment from the Lindy Hoppers, drumming groups, a 1066 children’s re-enactment, animals, plus other traditional fayre activities including a tombola, bric-a-brac stall, bar and barbecue.
The flower show will feature a range of classes, including a children’s class, photography, flowers, plants, vegetables, eggs and crafts.

Hide AdThis weekend of fabulous entertainment will come to a close on Saturday night with the annual barn dance.
Revellers are welcome to dance the night away from 7.30pm. A bar and barbecue will be available.
