King Offa School Fete
The proceedings commenced with an official opening by Headteacher Jenni Miller who thanked Chair of KOSA (King Offa School Association) Jane Jenner for all her hard work in organising the event.
Throughout the afternoon a variety of entertainment was provided by talented King Offa students and included a Year four recorder performance, country dancing and singing from the school choir.

Hide AdThere was the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including games such as 'Hook the Duck', or take a ride around the playground on the Polegate District mini steam train.
Face painting was also available as was the opportunity to have nails painted with some glamorous 'nail art' designs provided by Bexhill High students Kat and Sophie.
Many colourful stalls offered much to buy including toys, books, videos, bric a brac, plants, and there was also a variety of well-stocked raffles and tombolas, which Jane said was all thanks to donations from local shops and parents.
She said a lot of the school pupil's had been actively involved in the fete this year and added; "I would like to say a big thank you to all the committee members, parents, students & staff for all their support in making the fete a successful and enjoyable day."
The fete raised 1,700 and this will be used to buy new equipment and resources for the pupils of King Offa.
