I am concerned about Bognor’s rough sleepers
I write with concern about how many people sleep in Bognor town centre’s shop doorways.
Is it time the council and the police did something about this.
With all their belongings left outside in the town centre this does not seem right.
It’s unfair to both shop keepers and to the rough sleepers.
It does not look good for the town.
