A Royal Navy captain, Eric was an exceptional test pilot, who held two world records.
He was always generous with his time and knowledge.
It was a privilege to have known him and to have heard his lectures.
He will be a great loss to the world of aviation and fondly remembered by all the members of Air Aces.
