Litter-hampton
It seems to be everywhere. I see it on the pavements, in the parks and recreation areas, in people’s gardens, stuffed in bushes, along alleyways and footpaths, in the gutter, on grass verges, along the promenade, dropped around benches, just about everywhere I go.
Is it a lack of council funding which has reduced the clean-up brigade, or are the people of Littlehampton just getting lazy and uncaring for their home town?
