Plenty to entertain the crowds
DEFYING hostile weather, some 2,500 people crammed into Bridge Farm, Barcombe Mills, for the Barcombe Mills Country Show.
And an impressive sum of nearly 4,000 was raised for the charity Children with Autism.
Said organiser Poppet Cheal: 'We have had adverse weather every time we have run the event over the past three years, but people still turn out and I am very grateful to them and to those who helped me organise it.'
