Excavator destroyed in Loxwood fire
A 13 tonne excavator was destroyed in a fire in Loxwood yesterday (Thursday April 24).
Firefighters were called to Skiff Lane at about 5pm to find the excavator well alight.
Two breathing apparatus and a hose reel were used.
One hundred per cent of the excavator was damaged. The fire was ruled accidental.
