UPDATE: Two taken to hospital with ‘serious injuries’ after school coach and van collide

The coach involved in the collision at Pulborough is understood to have been on its way to pick up pupils from Seaford College, near Duncton, at 7.35am today (November 4).
Police said the driver’s injuries included a broken arm.
The van involved was a white Ford Transit.
Firefighters from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service free both the driver and a passenger before they were taken by ambulance to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
A police spokesman said both have serious injuries.

Hide AdThe crash happened on the bridge over the River Arun near two mini-roundabouts at the junction of the A29 London Road and the A283 Station Road.
Roads in the area have now been closed and diversions set up.
