Worthing Shopmobility service is open to all
The service, based in Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, is available to anyone who has a temporary or permanent mobility problem.
Martine Walters, trustee, said: “You will always get a very warm welcome at Worthing Shopmobility. We have a fabulous team of volunteers who provide an excellent service.

“We even have portable scooters which fold down to fit in the boot of a car if you are going on a day trip or need a scooter for a holiday.”
You do not have to be a Blue Badge holder or registered disabled to access the service and hires can be arranged hourly, daily or longer term. Volunteers are even able to deliver in the area but charges apply.
Martine pointed out: “You do not have to be a member of Shopmobility and one-off hires are welcomed.
