Potter was full of surprises for Brighton's previous match at Spurs as regular No 1 Maty Ryan and leading scorer Neal Maupay were dropped.
Maupay is available once again and Potter said all is forgiven with the fiery French striker following his altercation with an unnamed teammate after the grim 1-1 draw against West Brom.
Summer arrival Andi Zeqiri is also pushing hard for a starting role. The manager spoke highly of the 21-year-old striker this week, while Danny Welbeck will hope to start after he made an encouraging Albion debut as a second half substitute at Spurs.
Scroll down and click through to see how Albion could line-up. It's a biggie for Brighton!
1. Maty Ryan
Brighton's regular No 1 was dropped at Spurs but I expect Potter to go with the Aussie for the Burnley clash. Burnley is a huge match for Brighton and Ryan's experience could see him get the nod. Certainly a close and tough call as Sanchez did okay at Spurs.
2. Adam Webster
The defender has raised his level this season and has been skipper in Lewis Dunk's absence.
3. Joel Veltman
Has slotted in well during Lewis Dunk's suspension. The Dutch international is a classy, non-fussy defender and good in possession. At 900k should prove to be an excellent addition to the squad
4. Dan Burn
Will likely take his place on the left side of the defensive trio. Reliable defender and links well with left wing back Solly March
