Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said his side always have to earn wins against Brighton 'the hard way'.

For the second time this season, United needed a late goal to seal three points against the resilient Seagulls.

The hosts were behind at half-time, after their former striker Danny Welbeck came back to haunt them, but they responded well in the second-half. Two other academy graduates, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood, scored the decisive goals at Old Trafford.
