Results have not always gone Albion's way and as we approach the final eight matches, Graham Potter's team are just six points above the relegation places.
Performances have however been encouraging and there have been certain players who have been continually competed at a high level...win, lose or draw.
It has also been a season of change as a new goalkeeper has emerged, while new arrivals have settled well and made their mark.

1. Robert Sanchez 8/10
Started the season as the No 3 behind established Maty Ryan and Jason Steele. The 6ft 6in Spaniard has literally grabbed his big opportunity with both and looks very much at ease in the Premier League. A composed character, very athletic and produced numerous high level saves since his promotion. At 23, still plenty of time to improve even further.
2. Ben White 9/10
Brighton could easily have cashed in on Ben White at the start of the season as they turned down bids of 20 million plus from Leeds. A classy performer and made the step up to the Premier League appear easy. Can play defence and midfield and surely an England international in the making. The top club like the look of him but it would take serious money sign him.
3. Lewis Dunk 10/10
Quite simply Brighton's best player and the skipper has been outstanding this season. Rarely puts a foot wrong in defence and has chipped in with four goals so far. Not the most vocal of captains but sets the standards on the pitch. Seems to get better each season
4. Adam Webster 8/10
Looked in fine fettle until an ankle injury at Burnley hindered his progress. He was playing the best football of career at the highest level and there was even talk of an England call-up. Making good progress and justifying his 20m plus price tag.
