Gaygusuz previously worked in a marketing role for well-known bookmakers Coral.
Derham, who joined the club in 2012, said: “I’m delighted to have accepted Ziya’s invitation to take on this new role.
“We have a small backroom team at the club who are as united as Mark Yates’ players are on the pitch. Since the takeover happened it has been business as usual but we are all excited about the future for Crawley Town under Mr Eren.

“We also want to strengthen ties with our supporters and feel the first step towards that is working more closely with the Supporters Alliance. We will be meeting members of the CTSA committee next week to discuss ways where we can work together for the good of our football club.”
A further appointment at the club sees Tolga Dervish joining the marketing team, working under Gaygusuz.
