A penalty in front of the posts got H&B back on level terms at 11-11 only for Park House - who won the Kent One title last season with H&B finishing second - to reclaim the lead with a penalty of their own.
Another penalty made it 17-11 and an unconverted Park House try rounded-off the scoring. The result leaves H&B three points behind Park House at the midway stage of their league campaign.
Rye RFC’s scheduled match away to Hove II in Sussex One, meanwhile, was postponed.
